C.R.A.S.H. - Acronym for Classic Rock All Stars of Houston. Born of the love for the harder, heavier side of Classic Rock, like Deep Purple, Trapeze, Black Sabbath, Grand Funk Railroad, etc. - C.R.A.S.H. came together almost accidentally as an offspring of the now legendary Alice Cooper Tribute Band - Love It To Death.
Five musicians who grew up in the seventies and share the same intense passion for this genre of music, realized that, not only were they capable of recreating the feel and sound of an era long past, but were meant to. All had played together in various band combinations over the last twenty-plus years, as music styles came and went.
During an early rehearsal, all members of C.R.A.S.H. agreed that Classic Rock has managed to stand it's ground for more than forty years now, as other genres faded into musical oblivion. This music is important to so many people. It has been the soundtrack of so many lives - it is, without challenge - PERPETUAL.
